18-Mile NYC Running Routes

Our 18-mile routes are tailored for those nearing marathon distances, offering a mix of urban and natural landscapes. Run past the iconic scenes of Midtown, venture through serene pathways in Prospect Park, and enjoy well-mapped routes that support your long-distance goals.

18 Mile Downtown Brooklyn to Upper East Side

This 18 mile route starts at Borough Hall and includes bridges on bridges on bridges. You'll head towards the Brooklyn Bridge and run into Manhattan, through Chinatown and back to the Manhattan Bridge. You'll head back into Brooklyn cutting over to the Navy Yard and towards Williamsburg. Then, you'll run through Greenpoint over to the Polaski, through Long Island City and over to Roosevelt Island. After a loop of the island, you'll run up and over the Queensboro bridge and end on the Upper East Side.
