How It Works

Onboarding Consultation

After signing up, you will schedule your initial 1:1 call with your Coach. Together, you’ll talk through your history, what’s worked in the past, what your goals are, and walk through the training plan that is designed to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. 

Customized Training Plan

After discussing your current fitness level, goals, work/life obstacles and time constraints, your coach will create a training plan customized just for you. This training plan is designed to help you get stronger, feel better, and chase down your personal best. Throughout training, your Coach will work with you to adapt your training to help you run stronger, feel more confident, and run down your personal best.

Weekly Workout Schedule

Your workouts, cross-training, and rest days are uploaded weekly or monthly to Final Surge, the training platform we use for all of our athletes. Here, you’re able to sync your data for your coach to review and continue to adapt your plan.

Weekly or Monthly Coach Calls

Live calls are where we connect. Discuss your progress, what’s working and what isn’t working, tweak your plan, work on your mental game, and keep that motivation high.
