The BALG community wouldn’t be as strong as it is without the power of our chapter leaders and members. Our regional chapters offer women of all athletic levels an affordable way to train and be part of a supportive team. Our in-person chapters provide a free and fun way to connect and move with BALG-ers in your area! We know that group runs are intimidating! So many runners get left behind or end up running alone. Our group runs aren’t your typical group runs. Our meetups offer speed play where we stay in one area where everyone is always within yelling distance from one another. Whether you’re walking, running, or playing with spicy effort levels, you’ll always be with the group. Come run! Come walk! Come make new friends!
